Send every response straight into a spreadsheet. Pick the sheet, map the columns once, and a new row appears the moment somebody submits — no export, no copy and paste.

How it works

A row per response, in the sheet you already use

Connect a form to a spreadsheet once and Onlyform appends a new row every time somebody submits. Nothing is queued for later and nothing needs exporting — the row is there by the time the respondent sees the thank-you screen.

Columns you control
Map any field to any column, and decide where a new question lands when you add one later.
Order and timestamps preserved
Every row carries the response id and an ISO timestamp, so the sheet stays sortable and auditable.
Nothing silently dropped
If Sheets is unavailable the delivery retries for 24 hours and every attempt shows in the log.

Setting it up

Four steps, about two minutes

Once per form. You only come back here if you add a question and want it in a particular column.

Open Integrations
In the form you want to connect, go to the Integrations tab and pick Google Sheets from the direct connections.

Authorise your account
Sign in with Google and choose the Drive the spreadsheet lives in. Onlyform only sees the sheets in the account you authorise.

Choose or create a sheet
Point at an existing spreadsheet, or let Onlyform create one named after the form. Existing responses are backfilled the moment you connect.

Confirm which field writes to which column, add the metadata you want alongside, and switch the connection on.

What lands in the sheet

Alongside every question you ask, each row carries these columns. Hide any of them in the mapping step if your sheet is already crowded.

Troubleshooting

The four things behind almost every support ticket on this connection.

Rows are missing or not syncing

Check the connection is still authorised, then open the delivery log on the form — every attempt and its response is listed there. Google caps a spreadsheet at 10 million cells; past that new rows are rejected and the log will say so.

I cannot see the spreadsheet I want

Onlyform only lists sheets in the Google account you authorised. Reconnect with the account that owns the sheet, or share the sheet with that account first.

Timestamps are in the wrong timezone

Rows use the workspace timezone, not the respondent's. Change it in Workspace settings and new rows will follow; existing rows are not rewritten.

How do I disconnect without deleting the sheet?

Switch the connection off in the Integrations tab. The spreadsheet and every row already written stay exactly where they are.
