Cookie settings

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a site stores on your device. Similar technologies such as local storage, session storage and pixels do much the same job. In this policy “cookies” covers all of them.

2. How we use cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and the service secure, and a small number of optional ones to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing. Optional cookies only run after you accept them.

Forms you build do not set marketing cookies on your respondents. A hosted form sets one essential cookie to prevent duplicate submissions and nothing else.

6. Managing your preferences

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer, or the button at the top of this page, to change your choice at any time. Your decision is stored for 12 months, after which we will ask again.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop you being able to sign in.

7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat that as opting out of analytics and marketing cookies without you having to click anything. There is no agreed standard for Do Not Track, so we do not rely on it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we add a cookie or change what one does, we will update the tables above and, where the change is material, ask for your consent again.

9. Contact

Email privacy@onlyform.com with any question about cookies, or see our privacy policy for the wider picture on personal data.
