The Zap does not trigger
Make sure the Zap is switched on and watching the right form. Draft responses and test submissions from the editor never trigger Zaps.
New questions do not show as fields
Reload the trigger step's sample data after publishing the changed form; Zapier caches field lists.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Onlyform's trigger works on Zapier's free tier. Multi-step Zaps depend on your Zapier plan.
