How it works

A database row for every submission

Choose a database, map each question to a property, and Onlyform creates a row per response. Long answers land in the page body so nothing gets truncated.

Properties, not plain text
Selects, dates, numbers and checkboxes map to the matching Notion property types, so filters and views keep working.
Page body for the long stuff
Long text and file uploads are written into the page itself, with a link back to the response in Onlyform.
Retries on rate limits
Notion throttles bursts. Onlyform queues and retries so a busy launch day never loses a row.

Setting it up

Three steps, about two minutes

Once per form. Onlyform remembers the mapping when you edit questions later.

Open Integrations
In the form, go to the Integrations tab and pick Notion.

Authorise a workspace and choose a database
Grant access to the pages you want Onlyform to see, then pick the database that should receive responses.

Map the properties
Match each question to a property, choose which answer becomes the page title, and switch the connection on.

My database is not in the list

Notion only exposes pages you shared with the Onlyform integration when authorising. Reconnect and tick the database, or share it from the page menu.

A property will not accept the answer

Types must match: a multiple choice question maps to a select or multi-select, a date question to a date property. Unmapped answers go into the page body instead.

Can I update an existing row instead of creating one?

Not yet. Every response creates a new row; use a formula or relation in Notion to link them to an existing record.
