Setting it up

Open Integrations
In the form, go to the Integrations tab and pick Mailchimp.

Authorise and choose an audience
Sign in to Mailchimp and pick the audience new contacts should join.

Map fields and tags
Choose the email question, map merge fields, add any tags, and switch it on.

Contacts are not appearing
Check the email question is mapped and that the connection condition, if any, is met. Mailchimp also rejects role addresses such as info@ by default.
Can I use double opt-in?
Yes. Enable it on the connection and Mailchimp sends its confirmation email before the contact becomes subscribed.
Does it unsubscribe people?
No. Onlyform only adds and updates contacts; unsubscribes stay in Mailchimp.
