Setting it up

Once per workspace.

Connect Razorpay
In workspace settings, open Payments and add your Razorpay key id and secret.

Enable it on the payment question
Tick Razorpay as an accepted method on any payment field priced in INR.

Test in test mode, then go live
Use Razorpay test keys before switching to live keys.

Razorpay is not offered on my form
Razorpay only appears on payment questions priced in INR. Check the currency on the field.
Can respondents outside India pay?
International cards depend on your Razorpay account settings; UPI and net banking are India-only.
What are the fees?
Razorpay's standard fees apply. Onlyform adds no transaction fee on paid plans.
