Load your Google Tag Manager container on the form page and use form events from the data layer to trigger any tag you already manage.
How it works
Your container, our data layer
Onlyform loads the container and pushes form events into the data layer. Build triggers on those events and reuse the tags you already have.
Data layer events
form_view, form_start, form_step and form_submit are pushed with the form id and name.
Any tag
Ads, analytics, pixels — anything your container manages can fire on form events.
Consent aware
Consent state is pushed first so Consent Mode tags behave correctly.

Copy your container id
In Tag Manager, copy the id that starts with GTM-.

Paste it into Tracking
In the form's Integrations tab, open Google Tag Manager, paste the id and switch it on.

Triggers are not firing
Use Tag Manager's preview mode on the form URL to see data layer pushes. Event names are case-sensitive.
Can I use GTM and GA4 together?
Pick one. Loading GA4 both directly and through your container double-counts events.
Does it work in embeds?
Yes. The container loads inside the embed and events include the host page URL.
